These sessions are created for us to sink a little deeper, hold some intentional space for your healing work to take us where we need to go. During the sessions I will draw on my skills of bodywork, energy work, breathwork as well as my traditional practice of ancestral healing gifts. Guided by my intuition, my Tūpuna- ancestors, as well as your individual energy/body/spirit and the intention we set together during our consultation.

Your sessions may include hands on massage, light/gentle or deeper pressure, talking/discussions, pressure point/energy point activation, energy work, spirit work, guided meditation, breathwork, sound/chants/karakia etc, the use of stones/ crystals/ shells and ongoing ‘homework’ to guide you after the session. This is not always a ‘full body massage’ though it can include massage where required. We will of course discuss what is and isn’t comfortable for you personally before moving forward together.

These sessions are not for a specific time frame, they take as long as they take, between 1-4 hours so when booking, you should understand this and ensure you clear the day and make it very clear if you have some kind of external deadline we need to be aware of.
